Mark A. Davis is considered the foremost expert on health care real estate in the Upper Midwest. Over the past 30 years, Mark has leased, developed and/or sold over 7,000,000 square feet of medical space. In the past five years, Mark has led the development of 15 medical buildings ranging in size from 15,000 square feet to 150,000 square feet—$200 million plus in development costs. He has also been extremely active in the investment sales arena nationally with over 20 successful transactions totaling nearly $300 million in the past two years. To meet client needs, Mark has opened offices in 5 states and currently provides property management to 47 medical office buildings totaling 2.3 million square feet.

Mark’s client list includes individual physicians, primary and specialty care practices, health systems and a variety of investor entities. Representative clients include Physicians Realty Trust, HealthEast, Noran Neurological Clinic, North Memorial and Investors Real Estate Trust. Mark has also worked with non-profits such as Be the Match to develop and execute real estate strategies—in this case, crafting a real estate structure that optimized the strategic and financial objectives of Be the Match in a 240,000-square foot new corporate headquarters.

Mark earned his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Arizona State University in accounting and received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the College of St. Thomas.
