After portfolio sale, Davis buying again
A few months ago, Davis sold a $116 million majority stake in eight medical real estate properties located throughout the Twin Cities. Right off the heels of this major sale, Davis is once again expanding its medical property portfolio.
The first move included the $6.5 million investment acquisition of the Edina East Professional Building. Davis closed on the acquisition on August 31st, taking ownership of the fully leased medical office building.
This deal is a strategic move on a well-positioned building with a strong medical district nearby. Davis already has plans to improve the building and enhance the tenant experience. With this acquisition, Davis now manages over 1.2 million SF of medical office space.
