Jill is a talented and respected member of the commercial real estate community with over two decades of industry experience. She has established herself as a leading office and healthcare specialist. Jill is widely recognized for her ability to provide unique insights, innovative solutions, and sound real estate strategies for her clients. 

During the past ten years, Jill has completed more than 500 medical/office transactions involving more than 3 Million square feet and over $300 Million in value. Healthcare organizations as well as corporate office users have enlisted Jill's services and benefited greatly from her real estate knowledge and experience. Prior to joining The Davis Group, Jill was a Senior Director for Cushman & Wakefield, and a Senior Vice President and Director of the Office and Healthcare Group for Grubb & Ellis/Northco Real Estate Services. Jill also served on both national healthcare practice groups. 

Jills holds her B.A. degree in liberal arts from the University o Minnesota. She is an active member of numerous professional real estate organizations including the CCIM Institute and the Society of Industrial & Office REALTORS, for which she was a Chapter President and Treasurer in 2008. She is a member of MNCAR, MMGMA, NAIOP, and MNCREW. Jill has been recognized as one of the "Top Woman in Finance"  by Finance & Commerce and one of the "Top Commercial Office Brokers" by The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. Jill was also the 2008 recipient of the Prestigious Robert P. Boblett Award given by SIOR in recognition and appreciation of her dedication, distinguished services and commitment to the real estate profession.
